Put your hair up into a towel for about fifteen minutes.
Shampoo as you usually would.
This can be repeated a few times until the dandruff goes away.

1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 cup sliced mushrooms
¾ cup chopped celery
¾ cup chopped carrots
¼ cup chopped shallots
¼ cup all-purpose flour
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
4 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
1 cup quick-cooking or instant wild rice
3 cup shredded cooked chicken or turkey
½ cup reduced-fat sour cream
2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley

  • Kosher salt, for sprinkling
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 strips bacon, cooked and chopped
