What you’ll need

• Small balloons
• Chocolate
• Pudding or filling
• Topping like sprinkles or whipped cream
• Waxed paper on a baking pan

Start by melting some chocolate.

Dip balloon into chocolate

Set onto wax paper to dry.  Add a little bit for the base of the next cup.

When dry pop the balloons

Chocolate cups are ready to fill

Fill with desired filling

Serve
