Tangerine Old Fashioned

Low carb – niiiiiceee!!

  • 1 tsp liquid sugar free sweetener of choice
  • Juice of 1/2 a tangerine (about 2 tsp tangerine juice)
  • 1/4 tsp angostura bitters
  • 1 tsp of water
  • 1.5 – 2 oz bourbon whiskey
  • 1 maraschino cherry for garnish (optional – adds 2 net carbs per cherry)
  • Slice of tangerine peel for garnish
  • Ice

Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal Latte

Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal:

  • 1/4 cup Pumpkin Puree canned
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 3 Tablespoons brown sugar more or less to taste
  • 1/2 cup Oats rolled or even quick cooking
  • 1 1/4 cup milk any type
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Latte:

  • 1/2 cup espresso freshly brewed
  • 1/4 cup milk frothed (any type)

Chocolate Crunch Pumpkin Seeds:

  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds raw unsalted
  • pinch of salt
  • 3 Tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 Tablespoon cocoa powder
