Ingredients

  • 4 cups VERY strongly brewed coffee preferably a darker roast
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 5 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 1/3 cups Dutch gel pectin

Also needed:

  • 5 to 6 jelly jars with new two-piece lids. 8 ounce

  • 1 1/4 cup pink champagne {rosé}
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 egg whites
  • 3-5 drops red food coloring

GLAZE

  • 3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons pink champagne {rosé}

ICING

  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup pink champagne {rosé}
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla {clear if you have it}
  • 2-3 drops red food coloring

  • • 1 tsp vanilla
  • • 3 tbsp maple syrup (or honey)
  • • 1/3 cup creamy almond butter
  • • 1/2 cup nut milk

  • • 1 1/2 cup oat flour (you can make your own by blending rolled oats)
  • • 1 tsp baking powder
  • • pinch of salt
  • Cinnamon Sugar Filling:
  • • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • • 1 tbsp coconut sugar
  • Glaze:
  • • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • • 3 tbsp coconut butter, melted (or more almond butter)

  • 2 sticks (16 tablespoons) butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder (Dutch processed preferred)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

For the frosting:

  • 1 stick (8 tablespoons) butter, softened
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips
