- 2 heads Broccoli, chopped
- 2 lb’s bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 12 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup real mayonaise
- 1/3 cup hot water
- 4 Tbsp sugar
- 4 Tbsp vinegar
Directions:
Dissolve sugar into water and vinegar. Pour over broccoli. Let sit to soften broccoli a little bit. Stir in other ingredients. Chill. Serve chilled.

was I suppose to leave the water in there ? I made it and it was juicey.
Ours was a little juicy. The pic doesn’t show this though, makes it look drier.
