- Bring the water to a boil.
- Open the bag of ramen noodles. Take the seasoning out of the noodle bag and set to one side.
- Add the ramen noodles to the water, but only keep them in it for about a minute. Don’t fully cook the noodles. They should still be a bit hard so that they remain in one piece
- Drain out the water, making sure that the noodles don’t come out of the pan.
- Grab a plate and lay the noodles onto it, splitting the noodle block into two halves. It should look like you have two pieces of “bread” now, only this is formed by the two slices of noodles.
- Add your favorite sandwich fillers to one side of the “bread”. Meats, tomatoes, cucumbers, broccoli, and cheese all work well within this kind of sandwich.
- Open the seasoning packet. Pour the seasoning inside of the sandwich to give it the soup flavor. Don’t sprinkle all of it on though as it’s very concentrated and may taste way too salty.
- Place the halves together. Serve and enjoy your soup sandwich! great idea via
