- Gallon Chocolate Ice Cream
- Gallon Vanilla Ice Cream
- Small package of creame filled cookies
- Chocolate syrup
- Tub of Fudge Frosting
Directions:
Soften the ice cream.
Meanwhile, crunch the cookies up into crumbs. Stir in a healthy quirt of chocolate syrup. Add about 1/3 tub of fudge frosting. Combine together.
In a large spring-form pan spread one gallon of vanilla ice cream. Spread the cookie mixture evenly over. Spread the chocolate ice cream over the cookie mixture. (All of the chocolate did not fit into my spring form.)
Immediately freeze.
When ready to serve, dip pan quickly into hot water. Then invert onto platter, or just remove sides of spring-form pan and serve with bottom of pan intact. Microwave remaining frosting until it can be poured. Pour evenly over the top and serve. Refreeze anything uneaten.
