- 2 slices of bread
- 2-3 tablespoons of peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon of grape jelly
- 1 tablespoon of butter, softened
Assemble peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Butter the outside of the sandwich. “Grill” the sandwich in a skillet on each side for 2 minutes on medium-high until it has browned.

You can do the same with cheese too! That’s my way of making grilled cheese. Fill your boots with any other filling (pre cooked bacon is nice). some hot or not so hot mustard and/or hot sause is cool. Caste Iron is best.

It sounds wonderful to me. Loved pb & j as a child and the “grilled pb & j” sounds really good. Am going to try in a tortilla shell.
