Rock Candy

- 2 cups water
- 1 cup white corn syrup
- 3 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 drops of blue gel food coloring
I boiled the mixture and then continued stirring it on the heat until it reached 300 degrees F (used a candy thermometer to measure the temp). At that point, I poured it into a tray to cool. It hardened up in about an hour and then I smashed it to pieces. via reddit
Grilled Chocolate Banana
Who’s grilling tonight?
Here’s a unique sweet treat!
- Cut the bananas and stuff them with chocolate chips.
- Cover them with tin foil and place over fire to grill for about 5-10 minutes
- Remove the banana from heat and mix the banana pulp and the melted chocolate together.
- Eat! so good. Makes me want to to camping again.

Thanks sg

Ombre Dresser
Dressers look just like paint chips!! Why did no one else think of this sooner? Too cute – via
If your paint store sells sample jars – this might be enough for you to achieve this look.
