How did you made them?
I haven’t made them myself – and the instructions are very limited. Is there anyone out there who can help us? I know the body of the bottle is a marshmallow and the top is a tootsie roll. But I’m not sure what type of icing is used to color the marshmallow. Anyone?
use the colored melts to dip the marshmallows in.
