Basket dough ingredients:
2.5 g of fresh yeast or 1 tsp dry yeast
1/2 cup warm water
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1/4 cup sugar (optional)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup olive oil
4 cups white flour (if the dough sticks to your hands, you can use little more flour, but not more than 1/2 cup for making soft and tender dough for your Easter basket).
