Homemade Campfire Pie
- Pie Crust
- Canned Pie Filling
- Cooking Spray
Directions:
Cut enough pie crust to make several pies and place waxed paper between the crusts. Place in a gallon zip lock bag keeping them ref. Spray pie iron with Pam Cooking Spray and place a crust on each side. Fill with your favorite pie filling close the iron and trim the crust on the outside. Bake over hot coals laying on a grill that is about 5-6″ above the coals. Watch carefully, check often and turn as needed, cooked in about 10-15 minutes at the most.
