Another great one from Chica & Jo:
… double batch of Bisquick pancake mix and filled the muffin tin cups part way. We added blueberries to some and chocolate chips to some… I finely chopped up apples and added them, then sprinkled on a bit of cinnamon, and some finely chopped pecans. Finally, I topped them with some whole oats.
Sounds super yummy for breakfast, after school snack, or a weekend sleep-over!
