- 1 onion, diced
- 2 bell peppers, diced
- 1 jalapeno, minced (optional)
- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained (about 1.5 cups)
- 1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained (about 1.5 cups)
- 1 cup corn
- 2 -14oz (or 1 – 28 oz) cans diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 2 Tablespoons chili powder
- 1/2-1 teaspoon chipotle powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Cinnamon is my secret ingredient for my chili 🙂 this recipe looks alot like mine but I’ve never used corn. Definitely going to try that one out!
