Super Moist Oven Baked BBQ Chicken
Winner, winner chicken dinner!!!
Ingredients
- 4, bone-in Chicken Breast Halves
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2-3/4 tsp kosher salt
- pepper to taste
- 1 C favorite prepared BBQ sauce

Ping Pong Snowmen Ornaments
You’ll need:
- Ping Pong Balls
- Acrylic Paint, red/pink, orange, black, & white
- Assorted paint brushes
- Ornament tops (maybe from old broken glass ornaments)
- Hot glue gun
- Ribbon or twine optional
Glue on top. Use a fine tip brush to paint the carrot nose, eyes and coal mouth. Let dry. Use a scrubby blotter brush to make the cheeks. Add white eye sparkle. Let dry. Tie on ribbon as in photo. Cute!!

For the crust:
1 1/2 cups finely crushed chocolate wafer cookies (about 28 cookies)
5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1/3 cup sugar
Pinch of salt
For the filling:
4 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
4 large eggs
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon red food coloring
