Ingredients
1 lb. Ground beef
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 Onion, peeled and diced
4 Cloves garlic, peeled and minced
1 Egg
1/4 Cup seasoned breadcrumbs
1/3 Cup milk
1 Tablespoon chopped chives
1 Tablespoon chopped parsley
1 Teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
Salt & pepper to taste (I used a 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
