- 1 box of tricolor pasta 12 or 16 oz box – cooked, drained and cooled
- 1 small onion
- 3 roma tomatoes – diced
- 1 english cucumber – deseeded and diced
- 1 cup of sliced black olives
- 1 cup of freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup of Italian dressing
- 3 cups of chicken breast, cubed (rotisserie or leftovers are perfect for this!)
