Meatball Stroganoff

Another doitandhow family favorite!

  • 1 package stroganoff sauce mix
  • 2 C water
  • 1 ½ lb frozen Italian style meatballs
  • 1 c sour cream
  • Egg noodles, cooked and drained

In a large skillet or pot, whisk together water and sauce mix. Add meatballs and heat until boiling. Reduce heat and simmer 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Serve over egg noodles.
