- 5 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 2 inch pieces
- 1 cup water
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2-3 teaspoons salt (or to taste)
- ½ cup milk or heavy cream

- ⅓ cup flour
- ⅓ cup melted butter
- 1 cup chopped pecans (such as Diamond of California)
- 3-4 cups mini marshmallows
