Classic Turkey Pot Pie

Here’s a great way to use up leftover turkey!

  • 1 Box Refrigerated pie crusts, softened
  • 1/3 C butter or margarine
  • 1/3 C chopped onion
  • 1/3 C all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp sal
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 can 14oz chicken broth
  • 1/2 C milk
  • 2 1/2 C shredded cooked turkey
  • 2 C frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
