- 1/3 cup oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 cup chicken stock
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch dissolved in 1 teaspoon of water
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 4 to 6 dried chiles de arbol
- 1 teaspoon crushed red peppers
- 3 pounds medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2/3 cups whole roasted cashews
- 1/8 teaspoon ground right pepper
- Pinch of Sichuan peppercorn powder
- 3 scallions, sliced
