  • 2 to 3 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
  • 1/3 cup oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup chicken stock
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch dissolved in 1 teaspoon of water
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 4 to 6 dried chiles de arbol
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red peppers
  • 3 pounds medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2/3 cups whole roasted cashews
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground right pepper
  • Pinch of Sichuan peppercorn powder
  • 3 scallions, sliced
