- plain fabric (you’ll need enough to cut two pieces the same size and shape of the bath mats)
- Poly-fil polyester filling
- basic sewing supplies
Cold Pear Soup

- 3 tbsp plant based butter or margarine
- 1 yellow onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 ripe pears, quartered
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup plant based milk, I used soy
- Optional Garnish: green onion
