DIY Fly Paper
Pesky flies stick right to the paper – so you just toss them when things get gross – These use materials and ingredients you’ll already have at home!
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/4 honey
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 – 2 brown paper grocery bags
- Baker’s twine
- Scissors
- A saucepan
- Cookie sheet
- Parchment or wax paper
Suet Bird Feed Cakes
The birds will be whistling your tune when you put these treats out!
2 cups of basic bird seed
1/3 cup of bacon grease, leftover cooking grease (hardened, not warm liquid), or vegetable shortening
1/2 cup of peanut butter (choose one with no added salt or sweeteners, as they may be harmful to birds)
