This is my most popular pin on pinterest – and I know why – because the idea is awesome! Makes a great doorway for medieval castle fantasy play or even a jail.
Lay out a long strip of duct tape- sticky side up. Carefully place another piece (sticky sides together) over. Make several of these. Then lay them out, and connect with horizontal pieces. Use permanent marker to add ‘bolts’ and or other ‘hardware’

A solid wood dresser close enough in height to your current cabinets.
3 Wooden shelf bracket (“Corbel” is their fancy names (We payed $5/piece at lowes)
2″ x 2″ by 8″ pressure treated lumber cut into three 4″ pieces
Screws-we used 1.5″ drywall screws
Drill
Wood putty to fill screw holes
Finish nail gun
Wood Counter of choice. Ours is made of two 16″ x 48″x 1″ butcher block boards and after trimming measures 32″ by 44″
Paint for the dresser or leave it unpainted if you wish.
