Purchase (or ask for a donation of) a box of golf pencils for your classroom. When a student forgets their pencil, they have a cheap alternative, and you wont mind if they don’t get returned. Get a box for under $10. And since students don’t like that they’re so small and have no erasers, they’re more motivated to bring their own.
