- 6 Mission® Super Soft Flour Tortillas
- 12 large eggs
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 pounds pork breakfast sausage, ground
- 8 ounces cream Cheese
- 1 large onion, finely diced
- 1 green bell pepper, finely diced
- 1 red bell pepper, finely diced
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded

For the coffee lovers in your life (or just yourself!)

- 4 cups VERY strongly brewed coffee preferably a darker roast
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 5 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 1/3 cups Dutch gel pectin
