Cookie crust

  • ½ cup butter, unsalted
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 1½ cup all purpose flour
Cream Cheese Frosting
  • 1 pkg (8oz or 226 g) cream cheese
  • ¼ cup (1/2 stick) butter, unsalted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 to 4 cups powdered sugar
Toppings
  • strawberries, sliced
  • blueberries
  • raspberries
  • kiwi, sliced
  • peaches, sliced
