What a cool technique – pipe a large star and then use a spatula to drag it to the side. Layer the next row over and repeat. This is so cool!!
Sea Salt Ice Cream
Found in a popular role-playing game – but ‘cool’ for any occasion.
You’ll need:
- 2 eggs
- 2 C milk
- 1/3 C sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 C heavy whipping cream
- sea salt (not regular salt)
- blue and green food coloring

Lemon Blueberry Cupcakes
Simple, but so yummy – a favorite to bring to the office!
1 box lemon cake mix
1 box lemon instant pudding
2 C milk
1 C fresh blueberries
Mix together and bake in 350°f preheated oven in cupcake liners for 20 minutes. When cool, top with lemon frosting, blue sprinkles and a fresh blueberry!
