Valentine’s Day Snack Mix
Pop in a bit of pink!
3 cups or one bag of popcorn – popped
2 cups of pretzels broken into pieces
10 oz bag of white chocolate pieces – melted
red or pink food coloring
candy sprinkles
Double Chocolate Snowballs
Make some snowy snowball cookiess on a snowy afternoon!
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- Additional powdered sugar, for rolling (about 1 – 1 1/2 cups)
