Crock Pot Chocolate Lava Cake
This looks super yummy!
You’ll need:
- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 1 1/4 C milk
- 1/2 C vegetable or canola oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 (3.9 ounce) instant chocolate pudding
- 2 C milk (I used 1 %)
- 1 (12 ounce) bag milk chocolate chips
- Vanilla Ice Cream

Bananas Foster Cake
I think I’ll use a boxed spice cake mix for the cake and then go to the actual recipe starting here:
Caramel Cream Cheese Icing
- ¾ cup dark brown sugar
- ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
- 1½ cups plus 2 tablespoons butter, softened and divided
- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 cups confectioners’ sugar
Bananas Foster Topping
- ¼ cup butter
- ½ cup firmly packed brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons dark rum
- 2 tablespoons praline liqueur
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 3 large ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup pecan halves
Citrus Vanilla Cranberry Sauce
- 1 bag fresh cranberries
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 vanilla beans, split with seeds removed
- zest of 1 orange
- juice of 1 orange
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
