Ingredients:
– Lime Sherbet
– Vanilla ice cream or Pineapple sherbet
– Red/Pink-colored sherbet…I couldn’t find this, so I bought Raspberry/Pineapple/Orange swirl sherbet, mixed it up with red food coloring and it was perfect!
– Mini chocolate chips
Use a sharp paring knife to cut as in photo. Use a melon baller to scoop out cup. Attach flower to a log toothpick or skewer and insert into cup. (Make sure to soak apple pieces in lemon juice so the apple doesn’t turn brown.) Lovely!
