Orange Creamsicle Truffles
Ohh la la!!!
- 1 cup white chocolate either chips or a finely chopped
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp orange zest about 1/2 of a large orange
- 3 tbsp heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 tsp orange extract
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar divided
- orange food coloring optional

Creamsicle Fluff
This could be the best way to eat a creamsicle!
- 1 box orange Jell-O
- 1 box instant vanilla pudding
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 Cool Whip 8 oz.
- 1 can mandarin oranges 14 oz., drained
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
No Bake Summer Cake
So pretty and delicious – with no need to warm up the oven!
- 19 oz graham crackers
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 (3.4 oz) packages Vanilla Instant Pudding
- 2-1/2 cups cold milk
- 12 oz Cool whip (or homemade whipped cream)
- 3 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1-1/2 cups fresh blueberries
- 2 oz white chocolate chips
