Crunchy and amazing – add your favorite toppings – and voila – perfect dinner!
Ingredients:
2 Tilapia fillets
Corn tortillas
Blackened Seasoning:
2 tbsp Paprika
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 ½ tsp Cayenne pepper
1 1/2 tbsp Black pepper
½ tsp Oregano
Slaw:
3 oz Prepackaged Broccoli slaw
1 tbsp Lime juice
¼ cup Cilantro
Small onion diced
Salt to taste
Avocado Cream Sauce:
¼ cup Plain Greek yogurt
½ Avocado
1 tbsp Lime juice
¼ cup Cilantro
Salt to taste

Not necessarily a pie per say…. this is a down-home football-stand classic idea. Take a bag of Fritos, pour in some chili, top with cheese (and other stuff, if your fancy). Add a fork and go to town!
OR make a lovely plate like this for a party!
4 lbs. of ground chuck
1 14oz. can of diced tomatoes or Rotel with green chilies
1 8oz. can tomato sauce
2 pkgs. of Williams Original Chili seasoning
1 c. water
Salt to taste
Fritos
Shredded cheddar cheese
Sour cream
pickled jalapenos

Bring this to your next tailgate party!
16 oz cream cheese, softened
8 oz grated/shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/4-1/3 cup chopped green onion, divided
1/2 cup diced pickled jalapeños, extra as desired
1/2 tsp garlic powder
pinch of salt
3 slices of bacon
1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
2-3 TBSP fresh parsley
2-3 fresh jalapeños (approx. 1/4 cup finely chopped)
1 slice mozzarella or white cheddar cheese
