1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp. sesame oil
1 package square wonton wrappers
1/4 c. water
FOR THE SOUP
4 c. Swanson Chicken Broth
2″ piece of peeled ginger
2 tsp. soy sauce
2 garlic cloves, smashed
1/4 tsp. sesame oil
2 tbsp. Sliced green onions, for garnish
