- 12 pieces of deli ham (your favorite)
- 8 slices of Pepper Jack Cheese
- 1-2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 3-4 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp parsley, dried
- 1/2 tsp garlic, minced or dried

- 1 medium head of cauliflower (6″ – 7″ wide or 2.5–3lbs) or 5-6 cups of store bought cauliflower rice
