What you need:
Shot glasses (or wine glasses, or plates, or whatever!)
Mod Podge (I used the Satin Finish in the orange tub)
Sponge paintbrush (they look like a sponge on a stick)
Newspaper
Fabric Scraps
Sewing scissors
Confetti Glassware

Do this on any piece of glassware – I’m thinking vases, Or make a set of 4 for a gift, Or a set of 2 cocktail glasses with a bottle of alcohol for adult gifting!
