Find Out How Long You Can Expect To Live

How long can you expect to live? The Longevity Game gives you a peek into your future by identifying the factors that can lead to a healthier, more productive life. Through the game, you get some insight into your daily lifestyle – plus tips on how you can make some positive changes.

While no one can actually predict life expectancy, and The Longevity Game can’t take existing medical conditions into account, the factors you’ll encounter do have a significant impact on longevity. Some of the factors tracked in the game are: weight/body mass index, drinking, smoking, how you handle stress, and driving record.

Bean Box

This is a great, mostly non-messy activity that keeps kids busy for a long time

You’ll need:

  • Large plastic container with lid
  • dry beans (whatever is cheapest) – enought to fill bottom of conatiner and then some
  • plastic beach toys; scoop, funnel, rake, cup, etc.
  • kids old enough to know not to eat the beans

To play:
Put beans into container, add toys. Have kids play with the beans inside of the container.
Kids will spend hours in front of their ‘bean box’, scooping and pouring.
Clean up: Snap on lid and store bean box in a cool dry area. Sweep up run-away beans.

Bubble Wrap Game

You’ll need:

  • Roll of Bubble Wrap

  • Masking Tape

  • A Few Sheets of Paper and Marker (optional)

Directions:

Roll out the bubble wrap and lay it on the floor starting at the door.

Tape it into place.

On each sheet of paper write a different instruction: (walk, hop, stomp, tip toe, etc.)

Tape these down next to the bubble wrap ‘road’ at intervals.

To play:

When the kids walk in, they have to follow the instructions (hop, tip toe, etc.).

You can judge them by how many bubbles popped or how loud they are, or by the fewest bubbles popped and how quiet they are.

Either way, everyone wins because it’s awesomely fun!
