First Aid Starter Kit

Here are some ideas to put in it:

· first-aid manual

· sterile gauze pads of different sizes

· adhesive tape

· adhesive bandages in several sizes

· elastic bandage

· a splint

· antiseptic wipes

· soap (I bought a travel purel)

· antibiotic ointment

· antiseptic solution (like hydrogen peroxide)

· hydrocortisone cream (1%)

· acetaminophen and ibuprofen

· extra prescription medications (such as Dramamine because I cannot go on a boat or ride without it!!)

· tweezers

· sharp scissors

· safety pins

· disposable instant cold packs

· calamine lotion

· alcohol wipes or ethyl alcohol

· thermometer

· plastic non-latex gloves (at least 2 pairs)

Ninja Turtle Ornaments

You’ll need:

Green Ornaments
Ribbon in Ninja-y colors
Google Eyes
Hot Glue

Wrap ribbon around ornament. Glue into place. Glue on Google eyes.

Beer Advent Calendar

It’s still early enough to make this!! Get some long containers like pringles cans… Tape them together with duct tape. Fill with beer. Or other surprise – for non-beer people. Decorating accordingly. via

Jars (Small to medium work best.)
Socks (I used last year’s Christmas socks. Women’s or children’s sizes will fit medium jars.)
Scissors
Paint pens to draw snow man’s face
Baker’s twine
Gift Tags
Goodies (White foods will look best.)
Paper Towels
