AKA Gougeres – great along side a meal or just for an appetizer!
1-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic
1/4 teaspoon mustard powder
1 pinch cayenne powder
1 cup water
1 stick (4 ounces) unsalted butter
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
4 large eggs
2 tablespoons chopped, fresh chives
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup grated Swiss
