Coconut Snowballs

You won’t find an easier treat to make!

1 cup white baking chips, melted
1 cup sweetened shredded coconut

Drop melted chocolate by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper or parchment paper. Roll in with sweetened flaked coconut and let stand until dry.

Crock Pot Cinnamon Roll Casserole

3 eggs
1/2 cup half-and-half or whipping cream
3 tablespoons maple syrup
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/3 cup chopped pecans, optional

Gel Bag Aquarium – Tactile Fun

Fill a gallon size ziploc with blue hair gel (you’ll need between 8-16oz). Add foam fish shapes inside the bag or fish stickers to the outside of the bag. Secure zipper (maybe even with some extra tape to keep it from accidentally opening.
