Peanut Butter Maple Cookies
OOOOOHH the flavor combo on these is top notch!
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons maple sugar
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups AP Flour
- 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons maple sugar for sprinkling (optional)
Pretzel Rod Cactus
Dip pretzel rods in melted white chocolate that has been mixed with green food coloring. Before they set sprinkle with toasted coconut and crushed graham crackers. Serve in a flower pot – cute!
