Supplies:
• 2 (2×6) pine boards 6 feet in length
• Rope cut into 6 pieces (strong rope, so it doesn’t break)
• Small Puzzle
• 3 small sandwich bags
Strawberry Lemonade Cupcakes
Grab a little sweetness!
- Cupcakes:
- 1 box yellow or white cake mix
- 1 3-oz box vanilla instant pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- Lemon Glaze
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Strawberry Lemon Cream Cheese Frosting:
- 4-ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- pinch of salt
- 1-2 tsp lemon zest
- 4-5 cups powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp strawberry jam
