Cinnamon Toast Cookies

Genius combination – Make enough to share!

For the Cookies
1 1/4 cups of whole wheat flour
1 1/4 cups of white all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons of baking soda
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
1/3 cup of butter
1/3 cup of brown sugar
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
2 tablespoons of honey
1/2 cups of buttermilk
For the Topping:
1 tablespoon of melted butter
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of cinnamon

Sock Owl
