4 different flavors of Jello (try to choose the ones that are different colored—I like strawberry/raspberry, lime, blueberry, and orange). If you do have two similar colors, just don’t layer them next to each other.

3 cups milk, divided

Flip the jar over and let your mind settle until every piece of glitter falls to the bottom. Make one for each child, and use when they or you need a little break!
1. Fill a jar with water.
2. Add fine glitter.
3. Seal tightly, and shake it up!
4. Watch the particles and your mind settle.
