Perfect for a birthday party!
- 1-1/4 cups chocolate wafer crumbs
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream, divided
- 3 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 package (14.3 ounces) Oreo cookies, quartered
- 4 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional: Whipped cream and chopped Oreo cookies

- 2 tsp salt
- food coloring
- Enough water to make a paste
- Cardboard or mat board

- 1/4 Cup Powdered sugar (optional)
- 1/4 cup black fondant
