  • 16 oz. cubed ham
  • 8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese -shredded
  • 12 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk -I used skim
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • cooking spray
  • salsa as topping, optional

  • 58 ounces (divided) of melted and tempered pure milk chocolate or melted light cocoa confectionery coating (candy melts)
  • a large plastic football shaped bowl
  • 4 ounces white modeling chocolateor fondant
  • clear piping gel (or a teaspoon or so of melted chocolate)
  • OR melted and tempered pure white chocolate or melted white confectionery coating

  •  1 – Box of Yellow, Butter Recipe Cake Mix
  • 3/4 cup of cooking oil
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 – 8 ounce carton Sour Cream
  • 4 eggs

FILLING:

  • 3 tablespoons light Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped Pecans
  • 2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon

ICING:

  • 1 heaping cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
