Veggie Tortilla Roll Ups
Need a dish to bring to the pot luck? Try this!
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese block, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 package ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup finely chopped broccoli
- 1 cup finely chopped cauliflower
- 1 cup finely chopped carrots
- 1 package large 10-inch tortillas, room temperature
BBQ Chicken Stuffed Bread
Some kind of genius came up with this – I’m sure of it!
- 3 cups cooked chicken , shredded (I use rotisserie chicken)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese , divided
- 1/4 red onion , chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro , chopped
- 3/4 cup barbecue sauce , divided
- 1 baguette crusty bread
Dye Pasta for Crafts
You’ll need un-cooked pasta (of course), food coloring and rubbing alcohol. Once dried, use to make your mama a noodley necklace!

- 1 15- oz can black beans rinsed and drained
