- 10 oz. fat free vanilla yogurt (or any kind of vanilla)
- 1/2 cup vanilla soy milk
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 3/4 cup frozen peaches
- 3/4 cup crushed ice
- 2 tablespoons honey

Soup is perfect for a cold day… But sometimes the bowl can be too hot for delicate hands. This project gives the perfect solution. Also makes a cute gift with a couple of soup cans or packets.
Just pop it in the wash if you dribble 😉

Perfect side dish to your favorite protein!
4 cups Cooked Rice
3 tbsp Butter
1 Onion, diced
12 oz Frozen Peas and Carrots
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
3 beaten Eggs
and a small bunch of green onions to sprinkle over!
Ooey gooey goodness!
