Candy Flavored Popcorn
Make a few favorites – then, if your feeling crazy, mix them in a big bowl for a colorful combination!
1/2 C popcorn kernels
salt
1 C sugar
3 Tb water
1/2 tsp food coloring
1/2 tsp vanilla
3/4 tsp candy flavoring; like: bubble gum, root beer, watermelon, and cinnamon
Taco Lasagna

- 12 oven ready lasagna noodles
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 (1-oz.) package Old El Paso taco seasoning
- 1 egg
- 1 (15-oz.) carton ricotta cheese
- 4 cups (1 lb.) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (24-oz.) jar chunky salsa
- Optional toppings: sour cream, green onions, diced tomatoes

Dip waffle cones in melted chocolate, set on wax paper to dry. Add cut fruit and include your favorite fruit dip in the middle
Fruit dip:
1 block of cream cheese
1 jar of Marshmallow Creme
Mix together in to a creamy dipping consistency. You can adjust the thickness by adding more or less Marshmallow Creme. I like to add a tsp. or so of Vanilla Extract.
