These are awesome, especially with sriracha on top – spicy!
1 (12 oz) can Bumble Bee Solid White Albacore Tuna
2 avocados, halved and pitted
2 limes, juiced
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1/4 cup chopped peanuts
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 teaspoons Asian hot chili sauce (optional)
Yummy pudding and crunchy dirt (cookies) cups with flower spoons – so fun.. Watch out for the gummy worms!

Dough
5 1/2 to 6 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 pkg. yeast (6 3/4 teaspoons)
1/2 cup butter, melted and cooled slightly
1 cup very warm tap water (120 degrees)
3 eggs
Apricot Filling
11 ounces dried apricots
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup brown sugar
Streusel
1/3 cup flour
3 tablespoons sugar
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
3 tablespoons butter
